The above distributor less gas cylender supplied on dated 06.10.2009 the person who supplied left when it was waited without taking money and cylender these facts has been informed to Sh. Deepak Ji reported owner of Prem Gas Serivices on his Mob. No.- 92508449600 on same date i.e. 06.10.2009 as well as field officer Sh. Mohit Ji on his mob. No.-9899240215.

there after 4-5 days later a letter also send to Indian Oil Office at Janpath New Delhi and copy to M/s Prem Gas Sewrvices for necessary action as supplied cylender lying with me and also requesting to deput your official to check the actual possition.

on 13.10.2009 compalint was also loadge at complaint cell on telephone No.- 23411282 and complaint no. was given 17.

till date i pursuing complaint cell as well as field officer Sh. Mohit Ji on his mobuile but not necesary action has been taken so far.

now you are requested to take necessary action as cylender is laying with me and please deput your official to check the actual position and take approprioate action against M/s Prem Gas Services has already 20 days left and no action has been initiated so far and I am not able ato use gas even tough i have no gas cylender. I hope you will take early action.
