Mt Ephraim Dodge Reviews

Customer Service
To: Chrysler-Dodge Corporation
I want to tell you about the customer service I received from Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge when I took my 2003 Dodge Dakota there for repairs after a rear end accident I was in. While the truck was there for repairs from the accident I requested additional body work that was not related to the accident that I would pay for. The work I requested was scratches on the roof, a dent in the passenger door and a small dent in the fender by the head light. I was given a quote of $ 550.00, and agreed to have the additional work done. When I picked the truck up I brought it to the attention of Mike the manager on duty that you could still see some scratches on the roof, two white marks on the door that was repaired, on the top of the truck bed near the back window driver side that when doing body work to the cab from the accident, a grinder had ground the paint off the top of the truck bed and the truck bed itself was not sitting level. Mike walked to the truck with me to see what I was complaining about. He told me someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I received a call from a woman who works in the body shop at the dealer ship. I do not know her name because when she told me her name I could not understand what she said. She asked me if I was happy with the work that was done. When I told her that I was not, her tone change making me feel as if I was now bothering her. She told me that I would have to bring the truck and they would see if they could do anything about it. I told her that because of my work hours that I would have to bring the truck in on Saturday if I could get someone with free time to follow me there. I was told that they did not work on Saturdays and I would have to return the truck Monday thru Friday. At this point I told her to have a nice day and hung up. Earlier this month I had the same truck in for a tune up oil change and had the truck gone over for other maintenance items. Two days after I picked the truck up this time I needed triple A to give me a jump start. I returned the truck to Mt Ephraim because the dash gauge said the truck was over charging the battery and the check engine light came on. Now don’t you think the charging system should be one of the things checked when the dealership does their “what ever the number is “ point check of the vehicle when it is brought in for service. According to the bill it was checked but I don’t think that it was actually done. Here is a tally of the money I have spent at Mt Ephraim Dodge in the last 30 days;
August 25 2010 597.80 Preventative Maintence Service
August 28 2010 204.32 Battery replacement
September 27 2010 831.01 Body Work and Accident Deductable
September 27 2010 4316.18 Charges to Allstate for repairs
----------------
$ 5118.30
If Chrysler Dodge and Mt Ephraim Dodge think this is good customer service then stick with the program but I will not ever purchase another Chrysler Dodge product again and if my Dakota broke down in front of Mt Ephraim Dealership I would not take it to them to repair.
