A bus driver on the B60 which made its last stop on Flatlands Ave around 08:35pm - 08:45pm bus number 6421, refused to let me sit in the seats for the disabled even though I have a card from MTA identifying me as being disabled. I had just left FedEx on 108 St. and had no problem with any body odors. When I Road the bus to FedEx and sat in seats for disabled there was no problem / incident concerning a body odor.
The bus driver was just stereo typing me due to the fact that at the particular time I was wearing booties on both feet and had a handkerchief on my head, under a leather cap. No one has ever complained about any body odors. She was just pre-judging me and assuming that the way I was dressed I must therefore smell. I possess two college degrees in engineering bachlors and masters. People should not have to wear the newest outfits to ride public transportation.
