a bus driver who plays favorites! (not at all okay!)
Yesterday at 5:00-something, i was catching the bus, and this black guy who was driving the 53rd bus with the # 7506 was talking to this certain group of people on the bus for while before pulls off in like a few minutes. What he was saying- i didn't like it-it was crazy. He was saying this stuff about how he would leave the people who look ugly to him off of the bus until it was time to pull off, and then later on when this guy came on the bus who sort of looked like him ( all fat and stuff, like he'd been dealt a slightly bad hand in life) said to him that that when kobe was talking about the word "fucking faggot" on the court, he was saying all this " yeah, we be thinking it, but you can't say it out loud." Oh, HELL NO! you can't be working in Califronia, Los Angeles when you see stuff that way! You can't be homophobic, or gay-hating! He's a bastard! Gonna talk to a certain amount of people like he's friends with them, but he's one of those homophobic pricks! That's a mess! Then, at one stop he didn't even let this one woman get on the bus, just because she was walking toward the bus stop. The way he made it sound was that she was still walking while the bus stopped at the bus stop! no, that's not what happened! He's a jerk! he should have let her on! he should have stayed a little while longer!! JERK!!!

Rude LIRR ticket collector
On Feb 1, I was riding the 10:22 train from Little Neck, which as medical student I do not board frequently and realized that I forgot to purchase a February Monthly ticket. Every month I buy a monthly ticket when I showed the ticket usher my January ticket she yelled at me in public and threatened to call the police on me when I told her only had 8 dollars. She then grabbed my wallet to see if I had any more money and I was completely humiliated by this woman. As a loyal patron I buy monthly tickets regularly and have not had any complaints despite your limited service and awful communication through out all these weather delays. However, I refuse to be humiliated by one of your employees and treated in such a disrespectful manner. I would have preferred a summons for this then her reaction and utter disrespect. I really hope that teh MTA will see to this matter and this disrespectful employee and assure that this does not happen to another MTA customer.

Poor service
The LIRR has a stated schedule for rush hour train service. For those of us who work in the city and live on the island, we must depend on them for some sort of stable service. In the past few months, they have made a regular practice of cancelling the 5:19 train to Wantagh. The announcer assures us the we will be "Accommodated" by the 5:24 local. This practice of cramming two train loads of passengers into one train creates unsafe crowding on the platform, and a stampede when the track is announced. If other trains were cancelled as well on a regular basis, we could just blame their normal level of incompetence, but this steady pattern points to a serious lack of concern about their customers.

buss driver treathen me
I was waiting for the buss on 14st 7th ave going home and the buss pulled up and I asked the driver to please drop the lifth so I could get on the buss whit my things and the driver seid that he was not gona drop the fuc@#$%! Ramp for me that if I wanted to ride the buss I was gona have to pull up the steirs of the buss .so a person I knew helped me lifth the cart I had so I could get on the buss so I could get home. The driver said some more things to. Me. Like his job was secure and that he didn't give a fuck about me and that I am funny .he even said to me he was gona trow me off the buss and I paid for my ride he was so disrestpectfull to me so I called my wife to help me get off the buss.

Inconsiderate Driver
July 22, 2009 around 6:00pm the Q60 bus was like 20 feet away from the bus stop letting the people off. He closes the door and gets like 10 feet from the bus stop. He stops because the light was red and there was cars in front of him waiting for the light to change. I'm at the bus stop and I go to the door of the bus and the bus driver looks at me and does not open the door. Meanwhile, he was just standing there pretending he didn't see me refuses to open the door. THE BADGE NUMBER OF THIS DRIVER WAS 31119. He was an older white male. If people don't complain about these inconsiderate drivers they will keep doing these things. We are paying for our service and with the price increase of the fares their service towards us should be better and not treating us costumers like their doing us a favor.

Bus driver wasn't paying any attention and close the door on my are with my umbrelle in it and when I got on the bus he stated tell them wat you did and I did nothing wrong

LIRR
My complaint is about the LIRR and their Peak and Off-peak ticket policy. I think it's absolutely ridiculous and unfair. If you buy an Off-peak ticket and you are on a Peak train, you BETTER pay the surcharge or get off the next stop. If you have a Peak ticket on an Off-peak train, you are just told "oh, next time buy Off-peak", you don't get any money back. This is a great way for the MTA to rack up on a SURPLUS! They reported a surplus not too long ago and still decided to hike up the fare. Seems like all they do it take for loyal commuters. I get heated every time I see this happening; I think it’s time people took action.

Rude bus driver
Yesterday I was in a rush to get home vai the mta bus service my sister and I were waiting for the bus and she had a nine month old baby in the carrige with many bags we were waiting for the bus to come. He shows up and we ask him if we need to fold the carriage he says yes! AND SLAMS THE DOOR IN OUR FACE and begins DRIVING OFF! some very kind young girl was standing near by and whatched the scene she ran after the bus holding it up and letting the guy know how nasty he was and admonoshing him that HIS JOB WAS TO TAKE PEOPLE FROM ONE PLACE TO THE NEXT the driver instead of apologizing pulled to the side and announced that "THIS BUS IS OUT OF SERVICE" and sent us all of my complaint is that in New York woman with babies are being treated like they did some crime why do we allow people with wheel chairs on the bus and not young woman with carriges!? these young babes are the ones that ARE GOING TO BUILD our population and our USA definetly not nasty people and I really want to thank whoever that girl was for sticking up for us and I appologize that no one else on the bus had the dessency to tell the driver he was ever so WRONG!!
