Hello I am writing to you because I am making a complaint against the above company. I recently took out a loan on line with this company and now the company is taking more money out of my account then what was stated in the loan. I instantly put a stop payment on the amount that was going to be withdrawn from my account. I also wrote to the company stating that I was going to file a complaint against them with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. The company told me to call the number that I provided above but when I called I just got the run around they claimed I threatened them by stating I was going to contact Consumer Affairs and BBB. I was then told I had to respond by e-mail (which I did).

I never received a response from the company. I was also told that because I made a stop payment I would receive additional fee's. I believe the delay response that they are giving me is an attempt to collect additional money from me. I would like for some one to please look into this matter for me so I can get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

On the loan my name is listed as Shateeker Ballard (an error on their behalf) and my account number is 978238.
