Since 2002 I had two cellphone MTN contracts. Laste year November (2010) I have cancelled the contract of 083 468 4624 electronically and I personally went to Wonderpark Shopping Centre in Pretoria North to cancell the contract.
The attendant there looked on their computer and confirmed that the contract will be cancelled. Up till now, I still receive a billing for the account for the amount of R143.00.
I will appreciate you immediate attention to this matter, instruction to MTN that the monthly payments by error, will be paid back to me within 5 working days and written confirmation that this matter is now duely cancelled.
