Please be informed that my phone was booked in for repairs and returned after 3 weeks with the same fault. This service is totally unacceptable whereby my Audio was distorting and I could not hear on incoming calls. I received my E52 back on the 28-01-2011 and after using it for 2 minutes the same fault surfaced. I need corrective action taken and what will be done now to avoid this inconvenience service received from your repair department. If this problem is not rectified urgently, I will escalate it to the Ombudsman, Hellopeter and MTN Head Office. I am not going to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for my phone to be sorted out as the technician in question did not do his job correctly. I am waiting for your response..
NB: Surely it defeats the purpose of signing a two year contract and after two months receive this type of problems. One month with your repair department and my cell comes back with the same problem is totally unacceptable
I have been a loyal subscriber with MTN for the past 15 years and this is the first time I received such non-conforming service.
I would like my cell replaced.
Please understand my frustration now... I collected the phone from Freeway Cellular today and the phone does not start up. It display "Phone Start-up failure.Contact your retailer" I cannot have this continuous failure with my E52. The unit was brought in the first time with a speaker receiver fault and software problem and returned with the same problem, now the second time it's returned and has a Start up failure.
I don't want this e52 as it seems like this is a problematic cellphone.Please arrange another phone (not a E52) at its same value that will conform to proper operations.
