overcharged on monthly bils

I had 2 contracts with mtn and no problems until i moved one of the contracts to italk cellular in may.Although i had cancelled the contract with mtn at the end of the 24months, I was still being billed for it for the next 4months.After numerious phone calls to the call center( ZOO ), I managed to get them to acnowlrge thier wrong.They then informed me that they cannot reinburse me with the money that i have over paid, BUT in acase like mine they could pass credit on my existing contract.I was not happy but I had not choice .Of the R1600.00 credit passed, I only missed one months payment on an account that averaged R400.00 for the passed year.Even on my new contract with( italk/mtn) iam being overcharged.On my old mtn contract i paid on a average R1000.00 a month and although i increased my airtime from 220mins to 700mins at a cheaper call rate I still pay R1600.00 a month .H ow is this possible !!!
I FEEL THAT MTN IS OUT THERE TO RIP US OFF.THEY HIDE BEHIND THIS CALL CENTER AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE AS INNOCENT PEOPLE CAN DO ABOUT IT.I WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE IT IF I COULD TALK TO SOMEONE IN THEIR LEGAL AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENTS.

enable my sim

i can't make calls
last nite 15/12/09, after recharging my phone i made a single call and later when i wanted to make another one i was told to enable my network service. that i am currently disabled from MTN service. please i don't know how to enable my network so please enable my phone so that i can make calls. My phone brand is Tashibo 881i and my line is 08061150070

Poor service
MTN call centre Consultant, Bheka Khumalo told me that I was wasting his time whilst he waited for me to look for the ID Number, which took less than a minute. He said he doesn't have patience for me and that he would end the call had I not adhered to his time constraints. He sounded self righteous and he said there is nothing wrong he was doing and that he was following procedure.

No explanations and no refund
I submitted a complaint to MTN about 3 weeks ago. MTN responded, however they didn't even attempt to answer my requests.MTN overcharged me on November statement, I say so because they are unable to clarify the charges. Call ref:2427216 - still not resolved. They also mentioned that my October (07/10/2009) statement amounts to R362.00, this is a lie. I have the statement with me. They even sent me a statement on 08/12/2009 and it clearly shows R303.20, however they debited me R362.00 in the month of October.Kindly assist me in getting the refund or atleast proper explanation.

overcharging
in July i registered a complaint, number 49635714 with MTN as my account. my account in jan was R497, feb R1920, Mar R1459, April R390, may R6945, June R7335, July 2227.91 and my other data line had an average of R250.00 and May account was R350.00, june R4296, july R8493. and to date have not had a reply from MTN . how do i get a reply from MTN.

Bad service and contract breech
I have now been struggeling with MTN for the past 5 months to sort out overcharged account. I an getting no responce what so ever from MTN. All I get is letters stating that if the account is not paid with in 20 days, it would be handed over. I send numerous emails, and get no reply. Can some one pleas assist me?

Privacy Policy
Did Rica in Branch in Westville, after standing in queue for over hours, my personal docs were taken in and I was told it was done. Found out a couple of weeks later that Rica had not been done, I then tried to find out what happened to my docs afterall only fraud can be committed with them, only identity theft etc nothing serious!
I did not receive a response so I then placed them on Hello Peter...I still have received no response. Their Privacy policy state they will protect your info(really) so I want a response from them! This started in August it is now November.
