MTN 2010 PROMO
yesterday 11.8.09 i received a message from MTN that i am a winner of one million naira and a free ticket to the world cup 2010 in south africa based on my correct answers to questions put to me on the MTN world cup 2010 promo, and i was old to visit www.fifacup.net .tc for verification. i have been on the internet for the visit to the website for more than four hours, only to be told that the website is not registered on smartdots.com and therefore cannot be accessed. Haba MTN is this a promo to defraud nigerians or something to encourage your subscribers.this is my mobile number 08033790676.

credit limit
My cellphone account is sitting at R18000 and my credit limit is R350.00, I want to know why they let my account run to this amount and when i call the call centre i am given a reference number and they do not give me answers i want know what is the purpose of a credit limit if it cannot be be used.All i know is they are making money out of the consumer to pay for their 15 birthday prize competition charging customer an amount of R7.50 per SMS which is a ripoff

Bad Service
I have been a client of MTN for more than 15 yrs. My phone is due for an upgrade and as I live in Heidelberg the closest Service Centre is The Glen Shopping Centre. I visited the centre almost 8 weeks ago to chose a phone, I am very particular in my phones and requested Kalebo to order me a HTC HD, he spoke to his manager and advised me that as the phone will be ordered on my name that I will not have the option to return or swap it, I had no problem with that. Kaleboadvised me further that the phone will be received by them in 3 to 4 weeks, well I followed up quite often, with the excuse that the phone has not arrived yet, on Thursday the 23d July at 16h30 Kalebo phoned and confirmed that the phone has arrived and that I could collect it the next day. Well I was hoping that the 7 week waiting period would justify the quality of the phone, Friday I drove to The Glen and waited about 30 min to be served. Once my number was called and a new package was explained to me the indian gentleman went to the back to get my phone he came back empty handed excplaining that my phone was handed to another client...how does that happen????????? My phone that was pre-ordered in my name that I waited for for 7 weeks was given to another client, how long did he wait for that phone, this is unexceptable, do I have to wait 7 week again. I requested MTN to have the phone sent to my home in Heidelberg as they made the error and they denied my request. I am requesting now that the phone be order in a matter of urgency and that the phone and document be sent to my home address, as I will not be pushed around and drive all that way for nothing. The service was terrible and no efford was made to appologise and resolve this issue in a matter of urgency.

Solution description I would like the phone ordered as urgent and speedy as possible and delivered to my home with the documents to be sighned as the mistake was made by The Glen, by giving MY PHONE in error (or by doing a 'special favour' to the other client). I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I DID NOT APPLY FOR FUNMOBILE AND YOU KEEP TAKING MONEY FROM MY AIRTIME. I SENT AN SMS TO STOP BUT NOTTHING HAPPENED PLEASE STOP IT AND REFUND MY MONEY. I AM A 40 YEAR OLD LADY AND DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR GAMES ON CELLPHONES. THANK YOU.

Please i encounter a problem today, 09/07/2009 at about 11:30 am while i was trying to rechared my phone and after teying a number of times without sucess, i suddenly got a meesage that my number had been barred.All effort to get in touch with the customer service number has not been successful.please kindly help me out, my phone number is 08034783208.

Ek het al 3 maande terug van MTN na Vodacom geport en onvang nosgsteeds state van MTN.
Ek probeer die afgelope 3 dae MTN skakel(Call Centre, MTN tak en
Die hoofkantoo) maar word elke keer net weer verwys na hulle
Call centre, ek het verkeie kere gebel waar ek van 7min to 25+min aanhou.
Toe ek die hoofkantoor weerrens bel, het die ontvangs dame my net weer dood eenvoudig deurgesit, sonder om te luister na my klagte en weereens na die Call centre deur gesit nadat ek vir haar gese het ek wyer om weer aanhou nie...
Ek het vandag weer gebel altesaam 30min aangehou, en kry geen antwoord by call centre...help asb
