The service at the Musgrave store totally sucks. The staff are unqualified, ignorant, unprofessional and lazy. They never EVER seem to answer the phones and neither do they follow up on anything.
I had to wait TWO weeks to get an answer for my contract when i was told two DAYS. I am now porting over to Vodacom, the service is excellent, the staff at the same mall are wide awake and efficient and much more helpful.
I doubt that store is a success at all with the idiots you have employed there. They dont deserve their jobs and certainly gives mtn a rather poor image. Do something, employ better professional people who knows what to do and how to treat customers.
Oh and the area manager Farida also needs another job, until now she hasnt returned my call. It seems to be a trend with mtn staff these days. What happened to the good, fast service we used to once receive???
