PHONE NOT WORKING
Dear Sir/Madam,
My phone no is 22190777 is not working (no dial tone) from 25-4-2011 to till date and i have alredy complained but did not get response from your side. I have received bill also but our phone has not been working for last 10 days so we have no reason to pay this bill please suggest what to do and when will our phone start working .

Broadband not working
Broadband connectivity problem. Never ever the ADSL light is stable. 1504 when contacted register the complaint and forward to MTNL since it is a 'LINE FAULT'. MTNL never attends to the same. It has been more than a year.

land line &broadband out of order since 15th of Aug,2010
my landline & internet is out of order since 15th Aug, 2010, Comp Registered No at 198 is 3 dt 15th Aug, I registered complaint on e-mail also on 23 Aug ref no 91170, Repeat Comp Ref No 91420 dt 25Aug, I talked to MTNL concern DT, Mr Kakroo On his mob, sevearal time but to fail to get telephone in order, today also i reg comp Ref no 91496 dt 26 Aug, I request your good self to take necessary steps to get my phone & Net in order,

Till date I have not received any connection
I have taken a MTNLs DSL combo plan which is both broadband and landline connection on 24 April 2010. but till date i.e 10 May 2010 I have not received any of the connection. i am constatntly following up for the same but not getting proper response. and today they are asking me to cancel my connection since they have some problem in their cable setup.

There is frequent disconnection in Internet service provided by MTNL. The service name is TRIBAND. So we need 2 refresh the page after every few minutes, hence our usage increases and they post a large bill at our door step...

I have called about 1000 times to there office but no response
I have called them several time to fix the Internet which is not working every month for 8-10 days. I have taken a unlimited package but it is down almost 8-10 days in month. I have call about 1000 times to there office but no response. They say either they have strik or no support. I have looged complain. I cannot travel to the office because I am expecting and no one want to hear me.
Due to calling them all the time my Phone bill came last month for Rs. 600 just to follow up calls.

Stay far away from them
Since the morning of 2nd august 2007 my phone line has been dead. I have made a complaint and Mr. SHukla provided me with a complaint no. 53. however when I contacted them on 3rd evening Mr. Shukla could not be found and Mr. Mishra told be that they had no authority to give a complaint no. and more over it will take 3 more days to get the phone lines in order as they have a lot of work to do etc.

dead phone
My telephone No. 22960406 is dead for the last 4/5 days. I have also lodged complaint vide No. 37 dated 18.03.2010 but of no use. Due to this my broadband connection is also not working.
Please look into this personally and rectify the fault.

Bad mobile network coverage and landline connection
Very bad service in Andrewsganj Extension, Delhi. Have complained so many times but no action. Cellular service is really very very irritating. I think MTNL should take extreme steps if they need to survive in this market and to retain his loyal customers.

Improper Behaviour of MTNL staff
I am living in Delhi. I went to the mtnl office in sector9 on 18th dec.2009 for submitting the application for the disconnection of my landline and the internet connection but the staff refused to take the application. Their behaviour was very rude towards me. On 26th dec.2009 I went their again for the same reason but they took only the aplication for the disconnection of the internet, they did not took the application for the disconnection of my landline.I have taken the scheme of the N-OYT-S(senior citizen).
Kindly disconnect my internet connection as well as the landline number i.e. 01127867804 as soon as possible.
