Since past one week, I am facing serious problem due to call drops. A call does not last for more than a minute and most of the time I get an error message 'Network Busy'.
With the introduction of Mobile Number Portability, I was expecting an improvement in Dolphin services. But its getting worse from bad. Whereas most of the privately run telecoms are putting in effort to make their services and network coverage better to attract more customer, MTNL is putting in effort to loose customers for the benefit of other telecoms. I am not sure if MTNL is planning to close shop or Dolphin services; or may be they are getting paid to loose customers.
If anyone from MTNL or Dolphin is reading this, I would request you to put in effort and improve the services. Otherwise, you know most of the people would switch from Dolphin to other telecom.
