POOR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
I AM A VERY DISTURBED CUSTOMER WHO HAS HAD NO JOY AT ALL FROM EITHER YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE (808), OR FROM THE STORE.I HAVE UPGRADED MY CONTRACT ON THE 28TH OF OCTOBER THIS YEAR BUT WAS NOT GIVEN ANY INFO ON WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO MY EXISTING FREE MINUTES THAT I HAD IF I UPGRADED.I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY INFO WHATSOEVER AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION THEY JUST BRUSHED IT OFF BY SAYING GO BACK TO THE STORE YOU UPGRADED IN.I TRIED CALLING THE STORE WITH NO JOY EITHER.PLEASE CAN I HAVE FEEDBACK ON WHAT TO DO BECAUSE I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.YOU CAN EMAIL ME ON [email protected].
