Please disregard my previous complaint, dated 5/20/11, regarding non-delivery of magazines and not being able to email them about my issue. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction, by the C/S rep at mtscirc.

Please do not take any action against mts regarding my previous complaint, or the C/S rep that I was complaining about. He was indeed quite helpful, after all. It just took a little longer than I expected.
