I would like to drive your attention that I am Mohammad rahim s/o mehwal khan
CNIC:4250191486391 that our village master mehwal khan deh:umrani pur UC 10 ahmed pur district and taluka jacobbad has completely destroyed by the flood 2010. my all villagers received the watan card but my name was found no where. In this connection I aslso submitted an application on to 10.12.2010 in the office of mukhtyar kar Jacobabad and all local administration verified me for the beneficially as the requirement asked buy the nadra office Jacobabad 79000
It is there fore requested to you that I should be awarded the watan card.
