misleading in sale
Hi.I showed interest in a caravan on vottle.com.I got mail then from eBay and paid R34 000.Mails flow between me, eBay and the seller. All the same things of divorce, and, and, and.It bacame fishy when it seemed like the woman sending me mails and the one form eBay are one and the same person as the style of writing looked the same.To make a long story short. I lost my money today. She first told me 3 times that I can get my money back and when I wanted it back - she tells me that I first have to pay the outstanding balance and then get the money back.

Car scam, Mini Cooper S,on 'Locanto'
I found an offer too good to be true while doing a google search for a Mini (we are looking to buy a Mini Cooper) The search results lead me to the Locanto site in the Wellington region with a Mini Cooper S for $6000! There was limited info. on the car or seller so I chose 'contact seller' option asking for more details and if car was still for sale. I got this reply emailed to me,
Hello,
The price is $6000. The car looks and runs great. I am selling the car so cheap because I am in United Kingdom with my job and I am going through a divorce. I am a VerifiedTrader so the transaction will be done through eBay. If you're ready for this purchase, I need to know your full name and address, as soon as I have them I will start the official procedure, and eBay will notify you about this. eBay will send you an Invoice with all the info you will need to complete the transaction. Also a 10 days refund policy will be included so if you will not like the car you will receive your money back. Thanks
I was very scepticle, especially how much he was trying to rush the trade and his email looked dodgy.
