I was an employee for Multiband USA for 23 months...one month short of 2 years. I had been in the process of looking to get a new car with a small car loan. In order to do this you have to have a job. On September 4, 2009(Friday) at 2:00pm we (office staff) were called in for a meeting. We were then informed that we had all been laid off. If you were scheduled to work the next day you had to work your hours in order to get the severance pay. If you weren't scheduled to work the next day then that day September 4 was your last day. I asked how long they knew this was going to take place and they knew at least 2 weeks in advance. I personally feel like it was very unprofessional the way they did things. I feel like they could have given a 2 week notice that way we could get all our ducks in a row...but NO!!! This company doesn't care about their employees. It saddens me that there are low life jerks out there that do not care that their employees are going to suffer from their actions. And this is not the first time I, myself, have witnessed shady activity within this company. I really hope that it all falls apart, bc that's what they deserve. MULTIBAND USA THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR LETTING US GO AND GIVING US A CHANCE TO BE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO EXCEL INTO A JOB THAT IS HONEST.
