This company is very secretive with their practices and will not divulge a lot of information. The best way to deal with this company is through filing a dispute with your bank. Do not fill out forms on their website without contacting your banks fraud department. If you are unsure, 3 way call with the bank and the customer service reps.

Good luck and remember, ALL PAYDAY LOANS (INCLUDING STORES) ARE SCAMS!!! It is not worth borrowing at a 40% rate on your money. $500 will cost you $175, you will owe $675 and if you default you are screwed.
