I purchased a Multi Gym Equipment from Carrefour Al Obour by 1, 799/- EGP
It was delivered to me by unprofessional workers who broke the equipment while delivery
I contacted the call center in Egypt 16061 and replied to me a very rude agent her name is Nashwa who said that it is not their responsibility and i need to contact the company of the equipment "Khatar Sport Company"
I contacted the company and they replied saying that it is not their responsibility as the people who delivered are the main reason of broking the equipment
My opinion that it is Carrefour responsibility because they used rented workers not related to any company to deliver the equipment
Also i do not understand the rudeness they teach to their call center agents
To my surprise i discovered that they do not inform the unprofessional delivery workers to deliver the item to the door they come and start abusing the customer by saying would you pay extra money or we will throw the item below your building accordingly i had to pay extra money to them as the size and weight of the Multi Gym i can not lift it alone
I lived around eight years in the gulf area where I used to buy all my items from Carrefour because of their prices and level of service and I never ever faced such failed management
Because choosing such delivery workers and the call center agent are main signs of bad management
I hope that this complain will have better luck than my previous complain through the call center which was not attended at all
