I would like to inform about the bad customer service and the bad way of talkin to the customer which was done by the mumbai online florists team
I had asked them on feb 1 to deliver a delivery on Feb 6, which still has not been received by my recepient even on feb 18. It was for a marraige reception, in mumbai
I had sent the delivery to the marraige hall where she was gettin married, and the delivery could not be received as she was busy ..
I called them back 3-4 times and asked them to either send the delivery home . which after so many calls they obliged .
The agent calls my receiver that she is lying and she has received it and she is lying .I did pay 1000 rs for the Service and this is the service I get
I want to say that, i will never do next business with them and also tell in my friends not to go on with the pathetic service they provide
