Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. I attempted to buy a vehicle over the phone from a neighboring state. They added fees and so called taxes to the price that they could not explain. It was like pulling teeth to get them to give me a break down of what the extra charges were. Then when I finally gave them a credit card number to secure the vehicle, and after making flight reservations to go pick it up, they call me the next day and tell me that they sold the vehicle! Wasn't my credit card deposit supposed to secure it for me for 4 days until I could get a plane ticket to get down there in person!?! Basically they sold the vehicle out from under me. I'm hoping I get my plane ticket refunded.

HOrrible Dealership
Traded in a used Tahoe for a newer used one. Promised tires, cleaning on a Wed. Drive the 1.5 hrs back to the dealership two days after the promised tire delivery, and they don't have the tires. Took time off work and hired sitter. Waited three hours before told no tires while out running errands. Then, refuses to give SUV to drive. The rude used car sales manager told (shouted in front of others- my husband called it loud talking) him Enterprise was down the road if he wanted an SUV.
1. I paid cash for the vehicle.
2. Acted like documented promises on paperwork were a burden.
3. HIS time is NO MORE precious than mine.
4. Another salesman shouted to mine, "Way to go (salesman name), you gave another one away.) How professional.
5. I have a degree. I am a not an idiot. DO you think you can just walk over people?
