I would have you making arrangements for that and your trip costs because I cannot do anything from here, I cannot send any money from here. As a Soldier on foreign mission, you cannot engage in any financial activities so you will have to take care of these little expenses. I will pay you back immediately the funds is released from the vault before the investments commence. My lawyer says the process of releasing the funds and transfer into an account will be within 24 hours, so whatever your expenses are, will get back to you that same day or next day, and everything will be done in the banking hall in Belgium.

Yes, you may be right but this case is exceptional because we placed a safety insurance policy on the funds that while the funds is in the vault, it should be banned from any transactions. I was told some bankers use customers instruments/ funds in vault for trading without the owner's consent so I placed the insurance policy to avoid that. It is because of this policy that the bank are bringing up these process to ensure no violations. So I want you to see this case as an exceptional one, you and my lawyer just need to meet with them and the funds would be released. All will be done in a day. I am sorry for any inconveniences that may arise from this but it is compulsory to meet with the bank to have the funds released from the vault.

Yes, you are right. But like I told you in my previous message that the funds is deposited in the bank's vault and to have it released from the vault, the user of the funds (YOU) and my lawyer will have to meet with the bank officials. The banks says this is compulsory because they want to be sure that when the funds is released from the vault, we would not use it for bad acts such as TERRORISM and DRUGS. so you and my lawyer need to meet with the bank, my lawyer is in Netherlands.

Also, I think I should tell you a little history of the funds; I got the funds from a crew of oil dealers whom I ably assisted with my military influence when I was serving in Iraq, the level of unrest was so high, I needed to move the funds to a safer place which I did through a trust company. the funds was moved to the Belgium bank but the bank advised that we should not deposit the funds directly into an account until when we are ready to invest them, that it is not good for such huge amount to be dormant in an account so we agreed to deposit the fund in the bank's vault.

Now, you as the user of the funds and my lawyer just need to meet with the bank for the release of the funds and the investments can kick off. let me know the earliest you can travel to Belgium so I can discuss in details with my lawyer. I'm waiting.

That's alright, I know there are many hackers on internet and we all need to be careful. Your offer sounds very good, 2-3 million for first three years is good, we can have a deal if you are ready too. I would fix the funds with you for 3 years with $3 Million yield per annum.
