I've ordered this item: 1 of Shure PG288/PG58 Dual Vocal Wireless System, M7 for $299 from Music Factory Direct via Amazon website.
After 10 days of waiting, the package is arrived. I openned it up and come to know that it wasn't the item that I've ordered. It was a cheaper version, single Vocal Wireless System.
I've contact both Music Factory Direct & Amazon. Both of them denied to honor my order with below reasoning:
Music Factory Direct: It was a mistake by Amazon plus we don't have the product that you've ordered in stock.
Amazon: We can't do anything because the merchandise you've ordered is from Music Factory Direct.
If you go on like to Amazon and search for this same item, Music Factory Direct is the one on top of list. How could this be out of inventory?
