I bought my husband an MP3 player and wanted to subscribe to a service so he could download music to it. I thought I was buying just such a subscription, only they charge me $49.34 (was supposed to be $24.44) In researching it, I discovered there was a "prechecked" box for movie downloads (which I DIDN'T want) and that's what they charged me for.
I immediately e-mailed them to let them know of the error, asking for a refund, then went ahead and DID buy the music subscription.($24.44)
OK..so we're ready to fix up the MP3 player with music, and the software that came with the player is for windows systems only...I have an iMac....it can't be used. We CAN'T download music for the MP3 player. So, I explained the situation again, in an e-mail. They guarantee satisfaction with their service or give a refund...stated in their website. They also promise to contact in reply with 48 hours of receiving an e-mail...I started on Dec. 27th and have yet to get ONE response from them. I have e-mailed them DAILY since Dec. 27th-no response. They provide no phone number, no address, so the only way to complain is via e-mail.
I'm tired of being ignored, and they've stolen a total of $73.78 from me.
