I would just like to file a complaint about musoticawear.com, an internet merchant. This merchant showed absolutely no sign of customer service. When I requested to return the merchandise (a halloween costume) from the company I was told that I did not have any options and that it was "my problem" that I did not have any options.
The company clearly violated their own processing policies by allowing 6 business days instead of the requested 2 to 3 days and then blamed me for not getting the merchandise back to them by a certain date.
The merchant then sent me harassing emails saying that they would not need by business anymore and instating that I was not capable of using the internet. I would suggest never doing business with this vendor, the do not have one stitch of customer service.
