My name is Mustafa BAÅžPINAR.I live in Afyonkarahisar in Turkey. I bought a 2011 model Toyota Corolla 1.4 Diesel Engine Comfort Extra from Turkey/Afyonkarahisar Seller on 27th of August in 2010. My car’s plate is 03 EH 007. But a production error was determined in main brake center and in vestenhaus system. So I had to leave my car in Afyonkarahisar Toyota Service. The authorized people in Toyota/Turkey said that we ordered the spare part to Toyota/Japan on 07th of October in 2010. But you have not sent the spare parts yet. Then ı phoned Toyota Turkey General Center and they said that there is not any these spare parts in their stock. They also said that they do not know when these spare parts can come from foreign country. On 18th of July in 2010 Toyota Turkey said that they provided the spare parts but the spare parts did not match to my car. I think this is a big fault of the company and I can not accept this in anyway. I began to believe that Toyota does not give any importance to customer satisfaction. This order of spare parts was given on 07th of October in 2010 and you did not respond this. Now I am unjustly treated. If you do not send these spare parts to Toyota Afyonkarahisar/Turkey Service. Iwill complain this situation to the court. Also I will make all national newspapers to broadcast this case. If the original spare parts are not assembled to my car in a week I will want the money that I paid for this car. And also I will want moral compensation. Indifference of Toyota Company in Turkey made me disappointed me very much.Please claim your company. Otherwise I do not want you face a lot of damade. I am waiting an urgent reply.
