I received a check in the mail for the amount of $4, 890.00 and was told that it was part of $250, 000 that I had won. The first check is to pay the taxes on the winnings but I need to call them before I can cash the check. I am sure that they will want my account information so that they can get money from it and that the check I received is no good. The letter came in a envelope with no return address on it and just a sticker for my address like they would get from some company selling information.
