Taking money out of my bank acct
There are $1.00 deductions being taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. The company phone number is disconnected and the 800# is a recording.

$1 charges per month
Like most on this board, I was scammed by this folks. They were charging my account and I could not cancel for over a year. Finally, I looked thru my emails and found my subscription to a credit reporting company called Credit Diagnosis or creditdiagnosis.com. In thier original membership email was a membership number and a 800 number to call. I called and entered my membership # and my home phone number. That connected me to someone who cancelled all services including the $1 charges.
Their number is 800-379-5036. Look for a 9 digit membership number in their original membership email.

Refusing to shut down account
We also have "MVQ Clubsave" on our bank statement for a dollar each month. When we call the listed phone number, they claim they can only stop the charge if we know the clubsave account number!! I do not remember ordering this thing and don't even know what benefit it is supposed to provide. We have all pertinent personal info to cancel this "service" but they refuse! BEWARE the "MVQ CLUBSAVE" Scam!

MVQ Clubsave, whatever that is, has been charging me numerous times. As you can see, sometimes twice a day.
Just called to cancel. Let's see if they continue charging me after cancelling the membership I never enrolled in.

useless membership
This is an absolutely useless service. They offer a "savings club" for a $1.00 per month fee. I don't even know how I got enrolled. The discounts are not that great and are easy to obtain w/o the fee. This is a scam.

NON AUTHORIZED CHARGES
Today I just noticed 2 consecutive months $1.00 charge on my debit visa credit card, I went into their website and led me straight to "how to discontinue membership" I never authorized this charges to begin with!
