I was charged for a membership to MVQ Shpoess Plus at least 3 weeks after I called the 800 # that was listed with the product information that I was sent to cancel the membership. It was not what I though and I had no need for the product discounts they offered. I spoke with a representative, was given a confirmation number for my cancellation request and assured that my request was receieved in enough time to stop the transaction for the membership from billing.

The membership was not canceled as I was told and in turn they billed my card. I filed a charge dispute with my card company, and I called the number listed on the internet for MVQ Shopess Plus to speak with someone about this situation. I was unable to talk to anyone, and instead was given a systems option to enter a membership, hoke phone or card number . When I put in the card number I receieved a automated statement that the membership has been canceled. If that is the case...why was I charged?

i just found out that this company MVQ SHOPESS PLUS has charge by bank $19.95 which i did not authorized.
