I was charged without my knowledge for this on a monthly basis. I found the charge on my dredit card statement. I called them and they said I asked for this when I was purchasing something by phone. I checked the date and it was the date that I bought the Firm exercise equipment. I was outraged and they said the would refund the last month only. I asked them for proof that I ordered this membership and they said they would send me the tape in about a month!!! They also said that with my membership I was supposed to get a $50 shopping card from Walmart (which of course I do not remember) so I told them I had not received it and they said they would send me sometyhing in the mail for me to fill out (my name address, etc., even though they obviously already have this) and that after they received it then they would send me a "survey" which after I filled out and returned they would then send the Walmart card. This whole process they said would take about 2 monrths! Just enough time for the victim (me) to have 5 months @ $19.99 charged to my credit card!! So, supposedly I have cancelled, supposedly they are still going to send the paperwork for the Walmart card, but I doubt it. I then called the company from which I bought the The Firm stuff and told them that this commpany was attaching themselves to my purchase and they said that they were not connected. The company is GAI and I'm going to look into this and report them too. OUTRAGED!
