unauthorized $24.95 monthly charge
I believe I ordered a locate on someone for a few dollars about nine months ago, and just discovered that $24.95 has been taken from my account every month since, without my knowledge or authorization.

fraudulent charges to my visa
I see I have joined a growing list of people scammed by MVQ*Valmax, also after making a 95 cent purchase of an address on the Intellius website.
I do not remember seeing anything indicating that I was asking for any membership in any buying club, and am usually careful about this. I thought
the recurring charges were for some Internet purchase my wife made, and it was not until I was reviewing my credit card statement while preparing
my tax information that I saw I had been billed every month from August 09 to present for this non-existant service. I never received any mailings,
membership information or card or ANY other communication. I am going to contact the BBB, Angie's List and my consumer protection department.
I feel stupid enough that I was not vigilant and failed to see some fine print sign-up or some "you must opt out" scheme. See, you can make money in
a bad economy!

unauthorized VISA charge
Recieved a charge for $24.95 from MVQ*VALMAX and another $24.95 from MVQ*TENTY4PROPLUS on 8/25/2009. Thanks to this website i figured out that they illegally obtained my credit card information. I reported them to my credit card company and waiting for my money back. Thank you everyone for posting complaints on this site.

charging an un authorized charge to my debit card.
On 8/31/2009, I authorized a charge of $1.95 to be taken off my debit/charge card thru my bank.on that same day they charged my card another $24.95 that I did not authorize. When I got my bank statement I seen it and tried calling the number they posted on my account. It was 1-888-241-0049 and got a recording. I want this removed from my card and can't get any responses from them. Thank you.

withdrawing funds w/o approval
Today, I call my credit union and they told me to call mvq-valmax to inform them. The CU told me to let them know I can file a dispute on fraudulent authorization they have on my debit/Visa card and that I never approved of joining their membership. . I talk to (mvq) and was directed to their supervisor and I let him know they have been withdrawing money from account without authorization. Right away, he said they'll be replacing the funds from January to August of this year back into my account in 3 to 4 days. Please call your bank and get your money back. . I'll be looking at my statement more closely and STAY FROM THE INTELIUS WEBSITE. CALL THEM AT 1-888-241-0049.

Withdrawing funds w/o approval
I never approved to have mvq*valmax to withdraw any funds from my account. I realized they had me enroll with some membership, which I didn't sign for. As soon as I realize what was happening, I cancel. I'm going to try to get my refund. Who are these scum?

TOOK MY MONEY ! 120.00 FOR NOTHING
I WAS ON THE NET ONE DAY SAW A FREE SITE COST NOTHING LOOKED AT NO PROBLEM THIS WAS IN JAN. NOW IT IS AUG.NEVER LOOK AT MY BANK STATEMENT ...CALLED BANK ON THE FRIST TO CHECK BALANCE $19.95 ON CARD GONE WHERE I HAVE NO CLUE CALL BANK THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT EVERY MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS GET BANK SUMMARY TODAY AND THERE IT IS BIGGER THEN DALLAS...MVQ*VALMAX 19.95GONE CALL PH.NO.TO FIND WHAT IS GOING ON I'M BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF MUCH LESS BOUGHT OH THEY DID GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY FOR AUG.BUT WHAT ABOUT MY $120.00 SO SORRY-YOU ORDERED IT!!!
