Received letter from MVS Vacations and Bargainlink Ca giving me a pin numbers for each acct. I did not request an acct from them and therefore ignored the letters and threw them away. I have now been charged small amounts for them. The small amount is n ot the problem what is a problem is what right do you have charging my account with out authorization. Please correct this an d remove this from my account.
