A charge of $11.95 each month has showed up on my bank statement for 3--4 months. All it says, besides the amount and the name of the store, or whatever MVQ*ShopessPlus, is "Purchase." Purchase what? Purchase when? Somehow, these people have the idea that I want to donate $11.95 per month for ... what, I don't know. I don't recognize the company name, and I haven't the faintest idea of what the $11.95 buys me. I want to cancel, unsubscribe, drop this charge. Can you help me?
