On 19.09.2009 i visited your company dealer "My Car (India) Pvt. Ltd." at there indore showroom for the booking of SWIFT DZIRE (ZDI) SILKY SILVER COLOUR. I met Miss Shikha Sharma (executive) & she told me that this particular mentioned car is availaible at there Bhopal based showroom but some extra accessories worth Rs. 13, 000/- is fitted in this car, so she told me that if i want to purchase this car i have to pay for the accessories also & i agreed for the same. She talked to Mr. Rajiv (Head - Stock Department) of there Bhopal showroom & he confirmed & told her to book the car for me. So, Miss Shikha told me that i have to give her a cheque of Rs. 51, 000/- as booking ammount, so that the car can be brought to indore from bhopal showroom as a result i have given her a cheque of Rs. 51, 000-/ for booking the car.
Miss Shikha told me that the car will come to indore showroom by 20.09.2009 & on 21.09.2009 i can get the delivery, so again i went to the showroom on 21.09.2009 where she told me that the car is alloted to some other customer because of communication gap between the staff members of both theshowrooms.
I have also spoken to the owner of Showroom Mr. Madhav Bagde & he told me that therestaff people are trying to convience the other customer to cancel his booking & if he agrees then i will get the car else i have to wait for next 4 to 6 months.
I was very much upset because of this incident & irresponsible behaviour of the Showroom staff & executives & feel betrayed.
I m allready using a WAGONR & i am facing average problem in my car it's a DUO LXI model but then also i want to purchase SWIFT DZIRE (ZDI) because of the brand name (MARUTI SUZUKI)
I sincearly request you to help me in this matter & i want you to talk to the owner & staff of the mentioned showrooms to know what has happend in this matter.
