I was with VIRGIN MOBILE for one year and had alot of problems with ths company and there services. I was supposed to receive a home phone charger and because multiple ppl did not listen to my requests i received
a car charger. There system messed up this order more then 5 times. Then once my phone was no longer working they sent me a replacement phone that did not let me receive or sned pictures or email or even to get to there system on my phone. Then after i was to receive another replacement phone, the phone i got still would not let me receive pictures or send pictures. I sent the old phone back in there envelop in May and its August now and then they all of a suddent suspended my phone for not receiving the old phone in the mail. Well i put in the mailbox in May and no longer responsible for it, an once i called customer service i was told i was responsible for the mailmans error. They have not received the phone yet and I had jsut paid for my monthly plan and lost out that money. Plus they expect me to pay for a phone i no longer have in my possession. I never can get a person from the U.S. and only people from Mexico or Phillipines. Now im sittinh here with no phone and lost out on money and was told that there customers are held responsible for lost items in the mail. So now im supposed to pay for whatever the mailman did, and then some. Virgin mobile is and still be the only company i have ever had that was mean and should never be a compnay at all. For what i understand from reading on here almost everything has happene to me also at Virgin Mobile..We need to shut this company down for hurting so many ppl and making ppl waste there hard earned money.
