I have the same complant about this company. It has been hard to deal with and get cancelled and the amount changed my cc account refunded. I just wanted to share a phone number that I just used for them and I talked with customer service - 1-888-820-2656 . Good Luck.

If only...isn't that the way so many mishaps start? If only I had read more reviews...If only I had read the fine print...If only...

I ordered the one "free" bottle and was charged the shipping fee. Fifteen days later, I was charged $78 for the same "free" bottle.

How many days did it take to get here? If the trial is for a 30 day supply, how was I to know if this stuff even worked before I had to call and cancel.

I also taken in by this scam. I did order My Colon Remedy plus the second Aci product. Both order pages looked like they were the same company. It took a while but I was charged the $5.95 from MCR and finally received it. I thought that was it until I was charged $78.84 on December 11, 08. I called both numbers and constantly receiving the message that the number I called was not working at that time. I immediatly went to my bank, filed a dispute, and cancelled my card. I received notification from my bank the per the "Terms and Conditions" I did not cancel within 15 days of the product being shipped and was automatically enrolled in a monthly shipping program. Since I had not received another shipment I called the 1-888-820-2656 and actually got through to someone I could barely understand. She informed me that since I did not cancel within the 15 days I was charged $78.84 on top of the $5.95 for the "Free Trial". I advised here that this was a scam and she hung up on me. I contacted my bank again and they are nice enough to look into it further. I am sure this is a lost cause for me but please do not be taken in.

I did a Trial product with this Company, I was not happy with the product and was going to cancel my future orders...before I could they "auto-fulled" my next order, I was able to stop the shippment but after 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them through e-mails, or on the phone, TODAY I SPEND MORE THAN 3 HOURS AT THE PHONE WAITING, NOBODY ANSWERED. I DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE ME AGAIN.

I have a 15 day trial, 30 day supply. There was NO paper wok of any kind included when I received the product. Unless you go back to the site and go over it VERY carefully and click on all the term & conditions you have no way of knowing that they "auto-fill" in 2 weeks!

I did the free trial through "My Colon Remedy" in which I paid only $5.95 for the 60 capsules and just wanted to try it out. When I went to cancel order before they could charge my account for an additional $78.84 I was unable to get into contact with the company. They gave me three different phone numbers that I could call but none of them worked. When I would call the numbers it would just hang up on me. Unable to get a hold of anyone they went and charged $78.84 onto my account on 12/13/08 and by doing so made me go negative in my bank account. There is nothing that I have found so far to fix the problem short of cutting off my credit/debit card. Please someone do something to help me and to stop them from doing this to others ASAP!
