Horrible experience. Please what ever you do, do NOT ORDER from this company. We tried to order a Sony 42" Plasma TV. We were hung up by a indian person at least 3 times by a rude customer sevice rep with a heavy foreign indian accent. We later went with our gut and placed the order online anyway just because they had the best price. 1 day goes by, 2 days go by no email, no calls, no conifirmation, nothing! We call the company and they place us on hold for atleast 20 minutes before returning to tell us that the TV was shipped but we can't get any tracking number or phone number to freight comp. The TV arrives ( a week later) and is obviously NOT brand new. It was a display model and clearly had a small sticker that said it on the back of the TV. Wow what horror, my wife is histerical and my kids are angry that there father let them down for their Bday; Low and behold I disputed the charge with amex and will not only win this matter but i am getting an attorney involved because they refuse to do anything about this.

Upon researching this company (after the fact of placing my order) I had an aquantance that too had a miserable experience with My digitaluniverse . Do not shop here. Spend a few dollars more and go with the big companies locally. I would not shop here again .
