theft
I would just like to say "ditto" to the My E Savings Club complaints and thank you all for making me feel not so much of a fool. Well, a lonely one anyway. I plan to call the numbers listed on Monday.

taking $8.51 a month from my account
I want to know how to STOP My E Savings Club from taking money out of my bank account. I cancelled a product I ordered prior to receiving it and the company is still taking $8.51 a month out of my checking account.

Can't cancel no matter what is done
As with the other complaints a charge of $8.51 continues to appear on my charge card. I've called and been disconnected several times and have spoken with a "supervisor" and given a cancellation confirmation number but the charge is still on my credit card. I've been told over and over how everything has been cancelled. Somebody needs to put this racket out of business!!!

Stealing money from credit card
Never ordered any membership or anything from E Savings Club. Have been charged as far back as I can see on statements (over a year) 8.51 every month for something I am not getting. I did order the free sample and paid the shipping as others have mentioned last year!!! OMG!!! These thieves need to be stopped! They must be millionaires by now. I can only dispute three months!

Wrongfully charged membership fee
I too had this charge on my bank account. After cancelling my trial membership, the CSR told me that this would also cancel this membership-which I didn't know I had signed up for. Anyway, low and behold, the charges started appearing again. I called today to inquire and after the CSR told me to hold for 12 minutes, and after he stated that the trial order I placed had indicated this membership, he still couldn't tell me where on their website I would find that information, and tried to get me to call another number for the corporate office. When I said I would call and report them for fraudulent charges, he put me on hold another 5 minutes and came back and said he had cancelled my membership and I would not be charged again, when I stated that was all well and good but that I would still be reporting this company, and I expected a full refund. He then told me he could reimburse me up to 3 charges without getting approval. I accepted his offer, and now am only out 1 payment of 8.51, so will probably drop this complaint. Just wanted the other readers to know.

rip off
My E Savings Club has been billing me $8.51 for 6 months, I have no idea what I can even use this Club for? I received one bottle of Acai berry called and thought I cancelled it but only cancelled the Fit-Fac membership, did not even know they were to seperate things. Now as I have tried to call the phone numbers listed on my Credit Card Statement I ALWAYS get buys signals Hmmmmmmmmmm. Can you Scream Scam!!!

Did not sign up for, but taking my $ anyway
For the past 6+ months, My E Savings Club (it used to be called something else), has been taking $8.51 from my account. I called my bank and got a telephone number. When I called that number to inquire as to what this even is, I had to speak to several different people, none of whom were really helpful. I inquired as to how I even got signed up for this. The answer I was given was that I signed up for something online (diet product free sample) and it automatically signed me up for this "companion program" and even though I cancelled the diet product within the 10 day trial, that it still not enough to cancel this as well. I was also told that the phone number I was given by my bank was not to to the correct people to take care of this. I was told that a phone number could not be given for the correct people, but that they submitted a request for someoone to get in touch with me regarding my demand for a full refund.
I am going to submit a dispute with my bank and hopefully be done with it, although from the other posts, I might not be so lucky. So aggrevating!
