I finally received the sample product I was over charged for today. They shipped it on 3/18/2010. It was ordered on 3/10/2010. There should be a class action law suit against this company and some fraud charges made against this company.

I filed a fraud report on this company. I was looking over the return policy and they now say if you return a product they will submit your name as a high risk for any othercompanies on line you will be labeled a bad risk customer. This is the most ridicukus fraudulant company I have ever had to deal with. What a scam, be careful because if you order they will try to bill you for varius things that have nothing to do with teeth whitening.They also wait to ship your free trail until the ten day free trail has passed so they can charge you $87.49 for your monthly membership. I had to get the phone number from my credit card company.The number I was given ie 877- 683-3080

Signed up and agreed to pay $3.87 for trail sample but low and behold. NO PRODUCT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGED FOR PRODUCT OF $87.47. What a crock!! And SCAM...I'm not normally caught in these situations but because of the journal online I was reading recommended them. I guess they are criminals too. And the funny thing was it was a christian website. Who would have thought!!

I paid for a trial offer of their teeth whitening and never recieved the product. 10 days later, I saw a pending charge for $87. I immediately contacted them and said I never received the product. They gave me the run around and said they will cancel the order and the charge won't go through. Well...the charge went through, I called them again and told them I wanted my money back. The CS Rep said she will send me an email of cancellation and refund my money. I got the email, but it was not an email of cancellation, but an email of modification. You would of got $25 refunded and if you werent satisfied, then they would cancel it (but it did not say anything about the rest of the money). I called back and wanted to complain about the rep I spoke to, they said I couldn't talk to anyone about her. This rep told me that she would send me an email of cancellation...well this time I said I was going to stay on the phone until I got the email. Of course, she said she had to hang up so she could send the email. What a bunch of B.S.! SO, I never got the email, but called my back and explained the situation. I filed a dispute and the bank gave me the money back while they dealt with the company. I also had to cancel my card so they could no longer charge it.

So, if you want results, talk to you bank and file a dispute. Cancel your card so they can no longer charge it. I don't think they will ever give your money back!

I signed up for the free trial period of 10 days and canceled subscription before 10 days was up. Company charged my account (without permission) $87.47 before trial period was up.

I was told money would be refunded 24-48 hours. Guess what? it wasn't. I called back and was told money would take 10-15 business day to be refunded. Guess what? It hasn't.

I am fed up with all the lies and want justice and these people to pay for what they have done to me and probably thousand more.

Is there a way a class action lawsuit can be made against them? They should not be able to get away with this kind of criminal behavior.
