SCAM
Scam-They tell you on their site $3.87 for trial sample...with free shipping After you order with a cc they then hit your cc for $87.47--THEY SAY THIS A MONTHLY CHARGE.
I called my CC company and filed a fraud charge..trying to get this co to credit me back the full amt...they offered me an RMA#, but then would not give me the address on where to return this product. Customer service reads from script and is foreign ( what else is new)...finally got a physical address for them and mailed unused product back -paid extra for delivery notice in case they say "we did not receive it"
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE 1000% SCAMMERS

My Ever Brite Smile
Similar complaint to those already posted. This is a scheister organization. I ordered the free trial, never received it, called them to report same and to cancel so as not to get caught up in their auto mailings.
After many holds, over 20 minutes and speaking to some supposed supervisor, they said too bad, too late, must be the post office, no returns even unopened, and we've charged you anyway.
I canceled any further shipments, but they have charged my card $89 anyway. I'll challenge the charge, but I'm sure a fly-by-night scam like this has some wording in the 4-point type agreements that exonerates them and a team of lawyers to back them up. I am sure that they plan on making a score up front on such canceled auto orders.
Caveat emptor.

can't get in touch with anyone!!
I have been mislead like so many others!! I am based in the UK.
I have no contact details for the company so that I can cancel my subscription!!
Not one of the phone numbers I have seen work - they are all unrecognised!
When I went onto the http://www.xmorders.com/ct/ website to fill in the cancellation form - it would not accept my postal/zip code!!

scam
On Feb 2, 2010 I am reading the paper online. An ad in my local paper Reading Eagle stated Nicole had tried this tooth whitener and the ad NSNBC USA today BBC 60 Minutes ABC banners at top of article and how wonderful the product was and the article went on to state how great it worked and all you had to pay was $2.19 SH and try it no mention of additional charges being billed after 10 days . I click on the link and fill in my information they say they will only charge me 3.87 SH I read the fine print Terms and conditions now it says I have 10 days for the free trial after that they will charge me a membership fee-no mention of how much just one low fee- and monthly fees of $12.95. Today when I went on their website it said membership fees of $149.99 . I write down the 800 # and place my order they send me an email saying do not reply my order has been placed for $3.87 order number if you have any questions regarding this order call 1-877-683-3080 mon- Fri 9-6 EST the order never comes I call on the 10th no answer call back later this number is not in service at this time call back between the hours or 10 and 6 mountain standard time. I call again on Feb 11 after being on hold for 11 minutes a very garbled and distorted voice answers I state my name and she asks for my zip repeat zip twice more repeat name and last name again and spell again and again for her. I explain I never received product she wants to extend my free trial I say I want to cancel and again state I never received the product. She states we are not responsible for the mail service I again state I wish to cancel again giving my name and address by now I have spelled my name 5 times for her and given my address twice she pretends to not understand and again asks for me to spell my name she has called me Miss Adams and Ms Adams throughout our conversation now she again doesn't know my name. She has my order # and name but still doesn't cancel the order.
Again I ask her to cancel she finally agrees to cancel I again state I do not wish for the product and wish to cancel she asks why I am cancelling again I state I never received the product and do not want any product or any more orders of the products. She assures me that it is cancelled I ask for a cancellation # she says they will send me and email with confirmation and a number Today I find out they have billed my card numerous charges since my phone call & I have had to cancel my card and I have bank fee charges to pay. I called them again today a male this time he stated yes I had cancelled then when I inquired about the charges he said it was because I hadn't cancelled after 15 min I got a supervisor definately a foreign country both phone call sounded like from India.

BOGUS!
I have no idea where this company is based out of. All of the shit that happened with everyone else basically happened word for word to me. I NEVER received a product. This is maybe a way for them to scam you? If you don't receive the product within 10 days and return it, you can't get your money back. I agreed to the free trial thing which was only a payment of shipping charged to my account for $3.87. However, additionally I was charged for an Int'l service fee, which made me extremely suspicious. The costumer service number is probably set up to appear real, and is someone's personal line. After about 15 minutes someone finally answered. I spoke with a lady the first time, who sounded foreign, and I have no idea where she could be from. I asked if I could speak with her supervisor and she said he was assisting with other calls. I could hear everything I was saying being repeated to me, like an echo, and she was not helping me at all. She said the only thing she could do was give me a $20.00 refund and cancel my membership so that I wasn't charged anything further. I told her I never received the product and that furthermore I didn't want the product because I was suspicious of the entire company and the way the transaction had been accomplished. A refund wasn't possible for me now that 10 days had passed and I hadn't returned the product.
She finally turned me over to a man named Brandon Lopez. He offered the same 20.00 refund. I told him, either he would help me now, or my bank would take it up with him. He said, I'm sure you will like the product once you receive it, blah blah blah. I was practically blue in the face yelling at these people and telling them I didn't want the product, and they simply continued to talk as though I was a member. He finally gave me a RMA (return merchandise authorization #) which he said I could put on the outside of the box and receive a full refund when I got my package. I told him, "You WILL be receiving this product back at whatever bogus address you sent it from. And if I do not receive a full refund I'll find someone to track down the account youre using and investigate what kind of business you're in.
I feel like an idiot for being so easily duped. But I also feel like crying because people are pieces of shit.
P.S. the lady said they were based out of hollywood, fl. BUT why did I receive an INT'L service fee? Here's what I think may be a clue- I googled XMBRANS

I have been charged the $2.19 twice for a trial offer and the $87.47 for a monthly fee and have not received any product to even try out. So watch out people, now I have to close my acct and start a new one! I am also going to find out what I need to do to turn these people in and will post on here for others.

Unable to contact to cancel--beware of scam!
Please note: Telephone number on their contact site has changed. Yesterday it was: 1-866-556-6914.
They offer a 10-day trial period on a tooth whitening product (and apparently other products as well) for a nominal shipping fee. After the 10-day period, they charge $89 a month automatically to your credit card.
In the fine print at the bottom of the main Ever Brite website, it reads:
"We are so confident that you will love this product that we're giving you a trial period to try our product. Initially you pay only for shipping and handling indicated above (nonrefundable), and then you have 10 days from the date that you place your order with us to evaluate the product. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 10 days, you must call or email us and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the cost of the product...To cancel automatic delivery and billing, call or email us at any time. " Also, in the privacy policies, it is stated that the 10 day trial period includes the shipping time.
The problem is that there is no email contact information on the website, and satellite imagining shows the postal address to be an intersection rather than an actual address. At the intersection is a Circle K gas station and trailer homes around. But no actual structure at the stated address.
I reached someone who said her name was "Becky" with a heavy middle eastern accent and there was a very strong echo on the line. I could hear everything I was saying repeated back to me. At one point, I heard what sounded like a child in the background. She directed me to the following web address:
www.xmorders.com/ct/
where she then told me to enter my information in all lowercase, no spaces, capitalization or punctuation. For CS Rep, she directed me to enter "beckymiller" (no quotes) and the password "online" (no quotes) and my name (lowercase, no spaces) as the digital signature.
She claims I will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming my cancellation.
Beware this product and this company! I have canceled my credit card so as not to incur future charges.
