Has anyone been able to get a refund for the $87.47 after the 10 day trial has expired?
I've seen a bunch of complaints but none that say they received a refund? Am I wasting my time? After two hours on the phone with one customer service rep and two supervisors, I got my ticket escalated to their billing dept who will make a final decision. My basis for asking for a refund is that I have not received the product after almost three weeks yet my credit card was charged $3.87 and $87.47. Please advise if it is possible to get a refund.
