This company was hired to do a building addition for a Church in Kansas City, Ks. He was paid several thousands of dollars from the Church fund but then refused to pay at least 3 of the subcontractors hired by him in this construction.

Owned by Paul W. Russell of Overland Park or Leawood, Ks. This apparently is not the only construction job that he has ripped off people!!!

If anyone else has had bad dealings with this Company or person, I would like to know.
