unauthorized bank charges

I have received 2 charges from this company on my bank statement for $29.99 each over the past 2 months. I have tried contacting the site that advertised free samples of a product (Total Cleanse) which I sent for. Immediately after swending for the free sample, I e mailed to say I didn't want to receive any additional products or charges. They denied having had any business with MY FITNESS/CLICKINCOME. Since this was the only possible product I could have been charged for, I have no idea how MYFITNESS/CLICKINCOME had my account information or what the charge is for. If anyone knows of a contact for this company or has had a similar problem and was able to resolve it, please e mail me with any information that might be helpful. I think I've learned a big lesson aboutinternet scams esp when free trials are offered.

Stolen Debit Card Number and Charges

Found that I was charged $29.99 on December 19th, 2008, as well as $29.99 on January 6th, 2009. I had no idea who this company was or how they got my debit card number, I guess they stole it off the internet. Not sure how they could have even gotten it off the internet though because I almost never buy anything online. I tryed calling all the numbers that they were listed under includeing the number provided on the December 19th charge. I got no answer on the number provided. Another number I looked up and it said "there is noone available to help you at this time, if you would like to leave a message stay on the line, " then it hung up. The third number I found I got an answer but the person that picked up said they could not look up any information at this time because their computers are down and to call back in 2 hours... yeah right. Working on getting my bank to get my money back.
