Unauthorize credit card charge
My Credit card was charged by this company on Jan.15th for $29.99. I never had any conversation nor communication with them.
My statement came, I tried to call the number, there was no answer. Call my Credit card (Amex) to complain.
After their suppose investigation, I got a letter saying that I was suppose to cancel my membeship within 10 days of trial. Membership that I never had in the first place. These guys are scammers and crooks.
Please help put an end to these nonsense.

I also ordered my 'free' bottle of Tri Slim, paid the postage & handling and then canceled it way before the time given to be 'free' before the next bottle came. Everything was fine until three months later, the charge of $29.99 from My Fitness Mentor started to appear on my bank statement. Four charges (one almost every week!) When I finally got thru to a person at Tri Slim, they apologized, said they were getting these calls from a lot of people, said that My Fitness Mentor had nothing to do with them, even though their ad claims they did. I was quickly given a number to call, which of course, nobody ever answered. I don't know how this is able to happen, but it did. Report it to your bank as soon as you see this and have a new credit card issued. I will not ever order anything over the internet again. It'll be either at a physical store or nothing.

Unauthorized billing
I had just reviewed my bank statement and noticed a charge on there from My Fitness and wondered what that was. I also noticed that my debit card number was attached to that charge. What bothers me the most is that card has not been used in a few months and I never authorized this transaction. I now have to wait until Monday and try and talk with these people and I have to wait until Tuesday to talk with my bank since Monday is a holiday. I am spreading this around on the internet and also will be contacting the Attorney Generals office in my state to report this company. In reading about other complaints from other people that this has happened to it sounds like a scam and they are not willing to credit anyone for the 29.99 that they are taking from accounts. I also will be reporting this to our local police dept. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. The worst thing is I never ordered anything from the internet or by phone so I am very angry about this and how they came to get my debit card number.

Unauthorized Charge
I just noticed that my credit card had been charged $29.99 by My Fitness. I called the number listed by the charge and got My Fitness Mentor. This credit card I have not used in well over a year. How they obtained this information I do know know. I try to be super careful, but apparently not careful enough. I called my credit card company and was told I had to contact My Fitness Mentor first and only then could I dispute the charge. It makes me angry that I have to take the time to deal with this fraud.

Unauthorized charges
On 1/18/2009, My Fitness Mentor charged my credit card 29.99. My wife and I had never even heard of this place. I've called them 4 times, I either got a message telling me it was off hours, or I was put on a ridiculous hold time until I hung up. Luckily, the credit card gave me a credit back.

After receiving my trial offer from Tri Slim, a charge of $29.99 was appearing on my bank statements from My Fitness Mentor, who claims to be an affiliate of Tri Slim...After many unanswered emails, and unanswered phone messages, I finally received one email from Tri SLim claiming they have straightened out the whole thing with My Fitness Mentor, and one phone call with My Fitness Mentor telling me to call back in a week, which I did, to hear their phone is no longer in service...They all need to be held accountable for stealing peoples money...

Deductions from account without consent
I have called this company repeatedly because debits of $29.99 have been showing on my bank acct. They assured me several months ago that it would not hapen again, however it has and they say the can find no record of my name or phone number!? I was told I was talking to Ezra Johnson and they would investigate and call me back in 24 hrs. They Have noy called and I can not get through to a live person on their number.

credit card charges
I did sign up for a free sample of the Tri-Slim, but I had a certain amount of days to cancel this program. I did call and cancel, however my fitness mentor told me they are a separate company and that they needed to be contacted directly. So I paid $29.99 twice for nothing. I asked the customer service agent, what I received for those payments, she indicated that I could use their website, unfortunately, I did not even know I was signed up for this. They would not credit the charges, but the service has now been cancelled. In my opinion this was a big scam, I am sure the fine print was so small you did not have a clue what you were getting into.
