On Febuary 4th 2009, I ordered a CD from Grant Research to show me how to apply for a free money from the Goverment, , On Febuary 13th they withdrew 58.61 from my account WITHOUT my knowledge. When I call them about this they said I had 7 days to cancel my order to keep from paying the 58.61. It is now Febuary 20th and I still have not received a CD, , How was I to make any type of decision on whether or not I wanted their service? 7 days is a joke, knowbody could make that kind of commitment in just 7 days, ,
I want my money back now!!! This is a scam!!!
And to use the Goverment as a part of the scam should get them in alot of trouble, (jail time) would be great..
Does anyone know who to contact for action?

I too authorized the $1.95 debit for a 7-Day trial membership then cancelled with enough time to avoid any further debits. I still had my account debited $58.61. The number to call is 1866-470-6898. After being on hold for several minutes someone came online verified my identity then I told her the problem. She said she saw the transaction and it would take 3-5 days to see the funds in my account but she would take care of it. We'll see!

My accout was charged $58.61 for a Grant information CD i bought for $2.95. I called the number that was on my credit card statement for the charge and I was told it the mothly service charge. I told her it had not been a month and I ONLY BOUGHT A CD!!! She said it had been over my 7 day trial period and I told her there was no information about a 7 day trial period. This is BULL! They are liars and it is a SCAM!

Charged my credit card $68.13 plus $.55 and the 1.95 initial charge. So far I think mine is the highest. Can't afford to let them take more. We all need to contact FBI. I'm hurting like everyone else. This is a first for me. I've left about 10 messages today. Sent at least 5 emails. What ever addy we have we need to load up their mailbox and same for their phone numbers. Still debating trying to call disputes with my bank or just change my credit card. Tell your banks, I plan on it. Maybe they can flag the number and then these guys won't make money off of people trying to get ahead. What a bunch of low life b____ds! We need to unite against these people. Tell everyone you know post where ever you can. We may not get our money back, but they won't get anymore money either. UNITE

Like the others who have posted a complaint, My Grant Dollars charged me $59.78 without my authorization and without sending me the $3 item I purchased.
