39.95 unauthorised debit withdrawal

i dont know the company name but i never authorised anyone to touch my chase bank account.my name is mike vanderpool.my e-mail is [email protected] either refund my money in full to my account or i will turn the matter over to my attorney with instructions to take action to recover the money and or also contact the FTC to make sure that this not only does not happen again.e-mail your reply to my above mentioned address. mike vanderpool

Scam

I came across this website offering CD for $2.29 Shipping only. However, I didn't get the CD and they charged me $39.95 monthly fee. I called the 800 # from my bank report 1-800-487-7085 and spent more than 15 minutes trying to get the person (in India) to understand I wanted to cancel my account.

I have verified with my bank, Wells Fargo, that this is an ongoing scam for fictitious company and was able to dispute the charge. A lesson learned in buyer beware.
