I ordered the "Risk free" FREE sample about a year ago for somewhere around 5 bucks shipping. Over the course of the year I have now lost over $900 due to them stealing money from my account! Their e-mail address, phone number and address are invalid. I cannot figure out how to CANCEL the account/order. I have only ever received 5 bottles and very inconsistently. (Of which I do not even take because they make me sick!) There have been different return addresses for them on the packages also! I don't know what to do! I have mailed packages back without even opening them and STILL... no response from them. HELP!

This company is unbelievable.

My husband enrolled on facebook mobwars and was encouraged by friends to enroll in a game called Mob Wars all he had to do was "review certain free offers and products during trial periods". Green Tea Extreme is one of the vendors "supposedly" screened by the site as being an "ethical vendor" (I am scared to think how low the ratings would be for an unethical vendor). First we never received the trial from this company called Green Tea Extreme. The first time I became aware of them is when I asked my husband about the charge and he began cursing saying they never sent anything and he had 10 days to return whatever it was they never sent.

Next the true hassel began, we tried to stop payment through our bank while the charge was pending but were informed the back could not do this until the charge posted. Our banks dispute resolution team finally was able to locate a number and call them while I waited on the other line on hold -- twenty minutes later the customer servie rep returned advising me we had to call to cancel future charges and that they were very difficult with her on the phone.

The following day when my husband called 1-800-645-0407 he was advised by Anne he had to go to the website address: http://millionairemission.biz/heathcancelform.pdf to print a form and mail it to the address on the form (no faxes or scanned documents permitted) -- catch -- per Anne a Green Tea Extreme representative "It may take 21 days to cancel" in other words another $ 74.95 billing cycle to our card. Based on this article be the judge of their treatment to customers. At this point we will cancel the card since they will probably sell of the card number as well as our credit information for years to come -- I wonder when this nightmare will ever be over. What a bunch of crooks!
