	Help from Georgia January 5, 2010 not refunding money This company charged my bank account for $33.98 back in October of 2009 without my authorization. I called them on October 31 and asked for a refund. They said that they would refund my money and gave me a cancellation #4310130 and as of January 5, I have not received the money back. What do I need to do? Robin
	fungirl41 August 27, 2009 unauthorization I did not authorize these people to take charges of 33 dollars out of my account. They said you have to read the terms. I cancelled that offer. They still took the money out of my account. What can I do? I want to have them prosecuted.
	Bertha Harrison May 30, 2009 unauthorized draft On March 28, 2009 a computer generated draft was submitted to my bank for payment of Supposed I D theft Protection. I never authorized Service, and reviewing the draft this orgnization, My ID Support.com has all of my information and dose not exist. I have notify my bank, and I will be following through Accordingly.
