I signed up with "MyLIfe" because we are in the process of researching our genealogy. After just a few minutes on the site I figured out that this was not going to be of any use to us. I had signed up for a full year subscription, when I called them, they informed me that while they could cancel my subscription, they would not refund all of my fees. They kep $30.00 of the full fee saying that was part of their conditions. I still have access to the service for 3 months since they kept the money, which is only fair but since I determined I didn't want access to any of it, they should have refunded the entire thing.

went on to my banks web page as i put my credit card numbers in i realized unoter companys web page had cut in know there taking moneys from my card unotherized and there is no info i can seem to find on them the phone number is to another company called savings ace how are these companys allowed to do this and are getting away with ripping every one off.
