I signed up for the trial service over a year ago. Had to call and cancel by telephone three times after canceling online was ineffective. The scam is that besides ripping you off of your money, anyone who has ever searched for you in the past they will resend the message saying they just search you again. It happened to me once where they kept resending it long after I know someone searched for me. As I just found out, now there sending her the same message. They try to peak your interest again and get you to pay the membership to find out the information. Scam! Scam! Scam!

I paid for a month of service and have not been able to get back on my life.com. I called and talked to someone and they said that they woule e-mail the information and they have not done either. I would like to have my full refund back. I used my debit card. Please help i and on a fixed income. Thank you Joyce [email protected]

I have a very unique first name coupled with my surname I am probably the only person in the country with the name. My complaint is that My Life.com has nothing but bogus information listed about me from my age, marital status and whom I am associated with. I am a professional with state certifications and licenses and the invalid information they have posted have cost me to lose clients. I have been unable to remove my name from their dubious site or even correct the information. If nothing else My Life should at least try to validate information and if they can't or receive complaints at least remove the person from their site oir change the information.

THis place is a tottal scam, they us fake profiles to real you in.
I signed up for a one time charge and they continued to charge me, and affter i reset my acount to no longer get cherged then started sending me e-mails saying that there was new people looking for me. Do they think that we are stupid?

This promotion popped up on my yahoo E mail site. It distinctly said $11.95 per year. later that evening( 1/24/211) i noticed $143.40 debited against my account.
I sent an E mail to them immediately requesting that the transaction be cancelled which to date i have not received a reply. on reading complaints on this site; it appears
that My life is misleading and scamming people out of thier money by charging you for service you are not even sure you will receive. I want the service cancelled and my money returned to my account.
Worthy of note I am unable to find or bring up the Initial site that popped up on my screen
